Build your headboard above and place your order. Nothing is charged yet. We email you within one working day and post fabric samples.
Made by hand
An 18 mm plywood frame, wadding and a base fabric, then upholstered and finished by hand. Channels and buttons are set one at a time.
Delivered and hung
We deliver, fix it level on a French cleat or floor struts, and take the packaging away. Or collect it from the workshop.

How much does a made-to-measure headboard cost?
Headboards start from £444 including VAT for a single in linen. The designer prices your exact design as you build it, line by line.
How long does a made-to-measure headboard take?
Most headboards take 4 to 5 weeks from order. Deep-buttoned designs, leather and customer’s own fabric add about a week.
What sizes can you make?
Every UK bed size: single (90 cm), small double (120 cm), double (135 cm), king (150 cm) and super king (180 cm). Each board is made 8 cm wider than the mattress and 100 to 170 cm tall from the floor. Boards bigger than an 8 × 4 ft sheet of ply are built from two sheets joined together, and the price includes it.
Can I use my own fabric?
Yes. Choose “Your own fabric” and the designer tells you how many metres to send.
Can you make a custom headboard shape?
Yes, any shape can be made. Use Draw your own shape to drag the outline into the shape you want, or upload a sketch or photo with your order. We check the drawing with you and confirm the price before we make it.
How is the headboard fixed?
Wall-mounted on a French cleat, or floor-standing on struts that sit behind the bed.
How does ordering work?
Design your headboard and place your order online. Nothing is charged at that point. We email you within one working day, post fabric samples, and confirm the final price and dimensions before anything is made.
